Besides the traditional Michigan Beef pasty (made with rutabaga, naturally), we also offer Chicken and Veggie pasties, and we have recently added two other speciality pasties to our menu - the Smokin Joe pasty (made with our smoked brisket), and the Cudighi pasty (made with an Italian sausage with U.P. roots), each with its own unique flavor profile.
